Good day! We have this issues the On hold order problem after WC3.1 migration. We do the manual adjustment on order/s having issues with. The scenario would be, when customer purchased product/s in our website oree.co we expect that their records landed in WooCommerce>Orders>Processing, instead of Processing the orders landed On hold orders. We already contacted with the WooCommerce support and they found out that only payment gateway enabled in our website "Braintree For WooCommerce Pro: by Payment Plugins" (its true). I would like to ask assistance for this to fix. I have Version 2.6.14 of your plug and maybe this version wasn't updated to work with WooCommerce 3.1. Below are version running in our site.
WC version: 3.1.2
WP version: 4.8.1
PHP version: 7.0.23
