All new orders land On-hold instead of Processing

    Hello,

    This is easily solved by changing the order status setting of the plugin to whatever WooCommerce status you want.

    Navigate to the Braintree plugin's Checkout Settings page and there you will see an order status option.

    Hello support! Thanks for your response. I can see the Order Status is in Default and I believe it is recommended setting for WooCommerce to allows standard code to process the order status. And also WooCommerce will set the order status automatically. What will happen if we are going to set this setting from Default to what ever setting choices we had?

    Hello Bill,

    The default option ensures that WooCommerce handles the order status and not the Braintree plugin. If you have default selected for that setting then I would look at other plugins that could be causing the on-hold status as our plugin only sets the order status for options other than default.

    Hello support, 

    We have this issue after the WC v3.1 migration and maybe just maybe, there's a good chance that something in the plugin wasn't updated to work with WC v3.1. Can you double it check, please. Every time we have a new order/s we will go to On Hold tab instead in Processing tab to check and prepare the order/s to ship to our customers. Thanks

    Hello,

    We already tested with WC v3.1.2  before we responded to you and it worked perfectly. 

    If you have a staging site try removing other plugins through process of elimination and testing.
