    Hi Nadia,

    This message is indicating to you that you have enabled Advanced Fraud in the plugin's settings but haven't enabled Advanced Fraud within your Braintree control panel. 

    If you want to use Advanced Fraud you must login to your Braintree account and enable it.

    Thank you for super fast reply :)

    I did look into that already, and it seems by enabling that will cause other issues i.e many payment rejections.

    I  have 3 accounts with your company corresponding to 3 account names on braintree under one account and the other 2 do not give this message at checkout.

    Is there a way to avoid this message?

    I have already contacted Braintree and was told this is not a message generated by them, but it is generated by the payment plugin.

    Hello,

    The message is coming directly from Braintree and is not one triggered by the plugin. To prevent this message you must disable Advanced Fraud within the plugin's Checkout Settings page.

    If you want to use Advanced Fraud tools you must contact Braintree Support and mention the merchant account that you are using.

    Hi Nadia,

    I recommend you reach out to Braintree support and inquire if you have Advanced Fraud enabled for all your merchant accounts and to get a general idea of how your gateway is setup. It appears you have different settings maintained for that one merchant account.
