    Hello,

    I have replied via email to both of your tickets. Please check your spam folder. Braintree Support has been copied on the reply and they are requesting your client's merchant ID so they can check their error logs. It may be an issue with how the merchant is setup within Braintree.

    You can also reply with the Merchant ID here and I will forward it along to Braintree support.
